Nice rooms in a central location with our own parking lot. Good breakfast offer for every guest (personalized). Great in this Corona time: delicious dinner prepared in the restaurant and served in the room. Always happy.

Was a very nice stay (Dec. 2016) ... great team!

A cozy, individual hotel, with extremely friendly staff, good, competent management. Our room was quiet, with a pine wood floor. The breakfast was very extensive with homemade jams, fresh waffles and different types of bread. Otherwise sausage, cheese, fruit, cereal, etc. We ate twice in the hotel for dinner. It was excellent. Price-performance ratio is right. We would love to come back

Service very nice, food in the restaurant excellent at a good price! Room for a short stay completely ok and clean, but not for a longer stay.

A hotel to feel good in a former watermill very close to the sights with mill stream and parking lot at the house. Very friendly service with good implementation of the hygiene rules. Functional and tastefully designed room, very clean and well-kept. Definitely eat there, as excellent regional cuisine with good value for money.

Very nice service, delicious food

Unfortunately much too expensive, the service is so elite five star hotel, there is no well-being. Otherwise very clean and food tastes good, just no feeling of fullness after starter / main / dessert. Sorry no 2nd visit ...

A very nice hotel. Great location to the city center. All common rooms are very comfortably furnished. A place to feel good. My single room was simply furnished but everything was there. I had a great view. A compliment to the extremely friendly staff. The breakfast was very good despite the CORONA circumstances. I'll be back

Cosy place to stay. In summertime it is great to have breakfast on the terrace above the small river.

Nice, friendly and comfortable hotel

We were each allowed to enjoy a 4-course meal in a cozy Christmas atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and polite. The table was nicely decorated, the food was very good and served at a regular, but not too long distance. For the 4 courses for 2 people we found the price of just under 64 € quite under.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the highway (5min) and walk to the center a few steps. Therefore recommended ....

The hotel is ok, but it is not up to my standard. The facilities seems to be renovated in the eighties or perhaps nineties and this shows, especially with regards to the bathrooms. The hotel does not offer any fitness or sauna. The staff is very friendly and the service and meals are good.

Visiting Bayreuth we stayed 2 nights at Hotel Restaurant Lohmühle - a quite unique place located by the river, across from the railroad. The Hoteller has two connected wings, and we had one double bedroom in each wing, which are not directly connected. Only one wing has a lift. It worked fine for our family, being in separate wings. The breakfast offered a wide varity of German and continal specialities. The hotel has an overall feel of wear and tear to it, but was clean, and both beds and bathroom were of good standard. Prices are absolutely fair as well.

Clean, friendly, hotel in location, walkable to Altstadt, good restaurant

Very nice hotel with great service. My standard HRS single room was in a part of being renovated. Upon request, I immediately got a free upgrade to a very nice and quiet double room in which I could work in peace.

This is a nice quaint hotel. the rooms are small and a little too cozy but the charm aort of makea up for it. The wifi ia awful. Don't exect to be able to use it. Location is nice right near old city. The best thing about thia place though is the restaurant. The food is AMAZING!
